New patient self pay appointments:

Up to 60 minutes: $250

Each additional 1-30 minutes: +$50

Follow up self pay appointments:

1-15 minutes: $100

16-40 minutes: $150

40-60 minutes: $200

No-show/late cancellation fee:

$50
